Fledgling Hermit Thrush, Gros Morne NP

The boreal forests of Newfoundland are summer breeding grounds for a large variety of birds, many of them neotropical warbler species. Many of these are winter visitors in the southern US, or are spring and fall passage migrants en route from or to Central and South America.
