In our various visits to Ireland over the years, we had never visited Northwest Co. Mayo, including such parts as Achill Island and the Mullet Peninsula. This was put to rights by our visit in September 2017 prior to C & M's wedding. Because of the topography and the conditions underfoot, this became known as Tour du Bog 2017!
